Payment Information

Dr. Danielle Frieder is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (IL & FL), Blue Choice Insurance PPO (IL Only), Aetna PPO (IL & FL), and Cigna PPO (IL & FL) plans. We will verify your benefits and eligibility for clients with any of these plans before the first appointment. We will also submit a claim to your provider on your behalf.

Diana C. Sanabria, LCSW, and Tara Seiden, LCSW are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice Insurance PPO, Aetna PPO, and Cigna PPO plans for Illinois.

Out of Network benefits

Using out-of-network benefits is simple. All you have to do is pay the fee directly at the time of service, and we will provide you with a monthly “superbill” to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. The insurance company will pay you directly. Please call your insurance provider for more information about coverage for our services.

• Call the customer service phone number on the back of your insurance card.
• Tell the representative that you would like to know your out-of-network benefits for individual psychotherapy (90837) or couples therapy (90847).
• Ask how much you will be reimbursed for each session.
• Ask how and where to submit the “superbill” from your provider for reimbursement.
