“Where you stand is what you see” was a phrase used by one of my mentors. I have often described psychotherapy as a journey where my clients invite me to see the world through their eyes. It is during this journey that I become an investigator, an interpreter, and even a source of support for my clients.

Together, we work to understand how they came to stand where they are and to figure out the changes that they need to make in order to create more fulfilling lives for themselves.
